Your order will be despatched immediately via Royal mail or Courier despatch of goods will be subject to payment being processed and stock availability, in the event of any payment problems the customer will be contacted within 24 hours and if any item is out of stock after an order has been placed the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

We post Monday to Friday ( except public and bank holidays )

Returns Information

If you are not completely happy with an item, we will exchange it or give a refund, provided it is returned to us in its original condtion and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact.

Please ensure that any briefs/thongs/swimwear or similar items of underwear are tried on over your own underwear, in the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where its obvious this has not been done.

UK Returns

Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to retun the item These need to be received back by us within 30 days of receiving your order, please allow 5 days for postage so therefore make sure your item is posted within 25 days of receipt.

Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of posting at the post office to insure the item against loss on its return to us this certificate should be kept until your refund or replacement has been received.

Please note postage charges will not be refunded if goods are returned to due to being unsuitable or requiring replacement.

Foreign Returns

Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to retun the item  orders sent outside the UK these need to be returned within 35 days, please allow 8 days for the item to be received back to us, therefore please despatch any returns no later than 27 days after receiving them.

* Please mark your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ if customs clearance is required.
